By accessing or using clawpaw ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
clawpaw provides signal-based lead intelligence and AI-generated outreach drafts for agencies. We crawl publicly available data sources and deliver scored leads via email, Slack, Discord, or CSV export.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at hello@clawpaw.tech. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to:
Lead data is compiled from publicly available sources. You retain ownership of your outreach copy and customer relationships. clawpaw retains ownership of its platform, algorithms, and aggregated data models.
clawpaw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for the accuracy of third-party data, response rates from outreach, or any business decisions made using the Service. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
