Refund Policy

1. Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no cost and requires no payment information. You may use it indefinitely subject to the monthly lead limit.

2. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans (Pro and Agency) are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing hello@clawpaw.tech. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial-month refunds for cancellation mid-cycle.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first month on a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of your initial payment for a full refund. This applies to your first subscription only.
